CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by a registered participant
You can cancel your registration by sending an email to registration@iczoo.org. Your cancellation is only valid after confirmation by the International Congress of Zookeepers (ICZ). It is your responsibility to ensure that your cancellation is confirmed.

• If you cancel before January 1st, 2025 you will be charged 10% of the registration fees.
• If you cancel between January 1st and January 19th, 2025 you will be charged 25% of the registration fees.
• If you cancel between January 19th and January 31st, 2025 you will be charged 50% of the registration fees.
• Cancellations after January 31st will not be refunded.

Cancellation by the International Congress of Zookeepers (ICZ)
When rare, unforeseen, large-scale events prevent or legally prohibit completion of the 8th International Congress on Zookeeping you will receive a full refund minus 10% of the registration fees.
These events include but are not limited to natural disasters, armed conflicts and pandemics.
If a registered participant has to cancel due to such an event the policy as stated above will be applied.
