CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by a registered participant
You can cancel your registration by sending an email to registration@iczoo.org. Your cancellation is only valid after confirmation by the International Congress of Zookeepers (ICZ). It is your responsibility to ensure that your cancellation is confirmed.

If you cancel before January 1st, 2025 you will be charged 10% of the registration fees.
If you cancel between January 1st and January 19th, 2025 you will be charged 25% of the registration fees.
If you cancel between January 19th and January 31st, 2025 you will be charged 50% of the registration fees.
Cancellations after January 31st will not be refunded.

Cancellation by the International Congress of Zookeepers (ICZ)
When rare, unforeseen, large-scale events prevent or legally prohibit completion of the 8th International Congress on Zookeeping you will receive a full refund minus 10% of the registration fees.
These events include but are not limited to natural disasters, armed conflicts and pandemics.
If a registered participant has to cancel due to such an event the policy as stated above will be applied.
